During this period, marked by trips and strategic meetings in the United States, relationships were established with executives from companies such as Worx and Biosol, now known as Evergreen Solutions—links that would prove key to the future development of the business.
The collaboration with QMI opened new opportunities and allowed the company to begin negotiations for the distribution of Jet-Lube products. Jet-Lube was operating independently at the time before later becoming part of the CSW group.
A pivotal moment came in 2008 when GARRETA & REIG SL acquired QMI, becoming the brand's sole European distributor. This acquisition provided a significant strategic boost, strengthening the company's market position and significantly expanding its growth potential.Finally, in 2025, with the addition of partner Jon Pol, the company embarked on a new phase focused on specialization and added value. The company redefined its positioning to become a leader in specialized chemical solutions, offering its clients not only products, but also technical advice, monitoring, and comprehensive support in developing solutions tailored to each need.
This new approach led to a transformation of its identity and corporate vision, adopting the name GARRETA CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS, reflecting a company with over three decades of experience, constant evolution, and a commitment to innovation.
